At Simmer, our aim is 100% customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund within 14 days of purchase. If you receive any item which does not exactly meet your requirements, provided you return it unused (at your expense) in its original packaging, we will refund the purchase price. Always ensure that you retain proof of mailing and delivery.
